Our Story

A family thing,
from the start

MiniGreen began with a snack cupboard and two fussy customers — our own kids. We wanted something we were happy to hand them on the way to school, and could not find it on the shelf here.

My wife's family has been in food production for decades. Between us we had the growers, the freeze-dryers and a very honest tasting panel, so we made it ourselves.

Every flavour on this page had to get past the four of us first.

How are they made?

Our fruits are freeze-dried — the water is removed at low temperature, so the shape, colour and flavour of the fruit stay intact and you get a light, crisp bite. Our shiitake crisps are vacuum-fried, which uses a lower temperature than regular frying. No artificial preservatives and no artificial colours.

What exactly is in each pack?

The full ingredient list and allergen information are printed on the back of every pouch. Recipes differ slightly between flavours, so please check the pack you have.

How should I store them?

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed, and they do not melt. Once opened, enjoy them while they are at their crispest — like anything freeze-dried, they slowly take in moisture from the air. Each pouch is sized as a single serving, so it is easy to finish in one go.

Where are they made?

At our family-owned farm and facility, where we grow and process our own produce. MiniGreen is a Singapore brand, imported by an SFA-licensed food importer.

How does delivery work?

We deliver island-wide across Singapore. Delivery is free on orders of S$18 and above, and S$5 below that. Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days.
